Please note that certain rights are subject to exceptions — for example, we may be unable to delete data that we are legally required to retain for AML compliance purposes.

Minors & Age Verification

The 1pk365 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and over — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below this age threshold.

As part of our account registration and KYC processes, we take reasonable steps to verify the age of all users.
